Q is sick on the road behind you, on a cooldown. E drops your keys, then your phone, then your wallet, one each. Anything on the road puts down whoever rides through it, including you. Damage lasts this race. Crashes wear down your scooter; smoke means it needs care. No passive healing. Getting back on restores fighting stamina, but keeps every scrape. A totaled scooter ends your race.
